Nissa is a self-described communication geek who is fascinated by what you say and how you say it. A passionate coach & facilitator, she has led over 200 workshops with 1000s of individuals across the world.

Nissa has 15 years’ experience helping others communicate more effectively – with clarity, confidence and charisma. Her approach is empathetic, collaborative, high energy, playful, and direct. Nissa has worked with leaders in industries ranging from high tech, pharma and finance, to advertising and sales.

She holds both a B.A in Theater with a concentration in Theater for Social Change and an M.F.A in Acting with a specialization in voice & speech. She is a certified ACC accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation and an Associate Teacher of Fitzmaurice® Voicework.

She’s had the honor of working with some of the world’s most admired companies and organizations to help them communicate audience-focused messages.

Outside of Talkologie, she sits on the board of SOMA Families Meetup, a nonprofit that fosters a diverse, supportive and welcoming local community in Maplewood & The Oranges. She lives in Maplewood, NJ with her husband and two young, work-from-home colleagues, ahem, daughters. ;-)
